There isn't much there right now, but in time I will get it built back up. 10-21-07: Here I am again, posting after a very long time. It's been very busy. But look--cover art for My Immortal Protector. It's really different from my other covers and I like it a lot. My Immortal Protector will be out March 2008 and it is Stephen and Deidra's story. I'm very excited about it. Last week I turned in the My Immortal Promise (tentative title), which is about Drake. It will be out November 2008. 04-02-07: The contest is over. Congrats to Tami of TN and Michelle of MI. They're each receiving a copy of My Devilish Scotsman and My Shadow Warrior. Thanks to everyone who entered. I was pleased to read that it was available all over the US and Canada and even as far away as Puerto Rico! 02-12-07: Contest!!!! It's out--I haven't seen one yet, but it's the specially priced reissue of My Wicked Highlander and it is on shelves now. I've decided to have a "sightings" contest. Drop me an email if you see one (before March 31, 2007), tell me your name, where you're from and where you saw it, and I'll enter you in a drawing to win the second two books in the trilogy. I finished the first draft of the next book in the MacDonell series, with Stephen Ross and Deidra MacKay. I haven't yet come up with a good title (suggestions are always welcome), but check back soon--I'll be posting a blurb and excerpt soon. 08-16-06: I've got good news and not so good news. First the good news, part 1: There will be more MacDonell books! The book I'm working on now is about Stephen Ross and Deidra MacKay. The next one will tentatively about Drake. There will be some vampiric activity.... The not so good news part 1... there will be no books out in 2007. I had written the Victorian vampire book but just wasn't happy with it. Pocket agreed to let me throw it out, but there is obviously no way now to have two new books ready by summer 2007--not if I want them to be any good and I do. So the next two books will be out Summer 2008. Good news part 2: Pocket is reissuing My Wicked Highlander for Valentines Day 2007 at a special price ($4.99)!! Not so good news part 2: I didn't win the Rita. Maybe next time! There were some wonderful winners though. 07-12-06: I'm back! I've been incommunicado for some time. I'm still writing, but I also went back to work and finally finished my degree. I'm still working (outside of writing) but I graduated last week, so I have time to update the website again. It has been a very long time since I've posted news (nearly a year! Sorry!)--but that's definitely not because there hasn't been any! Life has been crazy, but wonderful. I have so much good news--too much to post here. But in book-related news--MY SHADOW WARRIOR is a Rita Finalist! I'm so pleased--it's my favorite book that I've ever written. The awards ceremony is Saturday, July 29, 2006 at the RWA National Conference. Keep your fingers crossed for me! And stay visiting--more updates are on the way! 08-20-05: Lots of good news today! Thanks to you wonderful readers My Wicked Highlander has gone back to press 3 times! And My Shadow Warrior is going back to press, too! Thank you! Also, lots of great new reviews added to the trilogy page and the best news--Pocket bought the first two books in my Victorian vampire series! They will be published back-to-back Summer 2007. So I will soon be adding some information about that to the site--stay tuned!
